Your Journey with Strategy Scout – from Strategy Camp to the Mountain of Implementation
Use Strategy Scout to plan your route while you are at the camp and then lead you through the Strategy Jungle. At the end you will have a plan (Strategy Bible) for successful execution.

During your time at the Strategy Camp you will plan your route through the Strategy Jungle. With the right equipment and a path suited to your situation and abilities, the Strategy Scout guides you safely through the Strategy Jungle. At the end, you and your fellow travellers will be optimally positioned to see the Mountain of Implementation clearly in front of you. You will take a closer look at the dangers and challenges of the jungle stations.
The basis of all success is to identify an attractive and desirable strategic position which subsequently enables you to develop a well-conceived strategic concept. It is all about the art of finding the right path to success. The Strategy Camp will provide you with a first concept of how to get there.

Before you start executing your strategy, it is important to overcome the main reason for strategy failure: the strategy must be broken down and conceived as tangible, concrete units that can be easily executed by operative managers.
